2. Product Information & Scent Descriptions
We strive to describe our fragrances as accurately as possible through notes (top, heart, base) and olfactory families. However:
Subjectivity: Scent interpretation is subjective. How a perfume smells can vary based on skin chemistry, environment, and individual perception. A dislike of a scent does not constitute a "defect."
Reformulations: Occasionally, due to IFRA regulations or raw material availability, formulas may be slightly tweaked. We reserve the right to modify ingredients without prior notice, though we will update the ingredient list on the packaging.
Visuals: Bottle design and liquid color may vary slightly from the images shown on the website due to lighting or batch variations.
3. Health, Safety, and Allergies
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge the following safety guidelines:
Patch Test: We recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full use to check for allergic reactions.
Liability: Breeze Eternelle is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Our products are for external use only.
Flammability: Keep away from heat, open flames, and direct sunlight. Do not ingest or spray near eyes.
4. Orders and Pricing Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping and Hazardous Materials
Perfume is often classified as "Dangerous Goods"
Restrictions: We may be unable to ship to certain countries or via air freight due to aviation regulations regarding flammable liquids.
Delays: Ground shipping is often required for perfumes, which may result in longer delivery times than standard parcels.
Risk of Loss: All items are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of cosmetic and fragrance products, our return policy is strict regarding hygiene:
Unopened Items: We accept returns of unopened, cellophane-sealed boxes within [Number] days of delivery.
