Order Cancellation Policy

1. The Cancellation Window
At Breeze Eternelle, we pride ourselves on swift processing to get your fragrance to you as quickly as possible. Because our fulfillment process begins almost immediately after an order is placed, we have a strict time window for cancellations.
Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund if the order has not yet been processed or a shipping label has not been created.
Recommended Timeframe: Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order to ensure we can catch it before it enters our fulfillment queue.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To increase the chances of a successful cancellation, please follow these steps immediately:

Crucial: Use the Subject Line: "URGENT: CANCEL ORDER #[Order Number]".
Include your full name and order number in the body of the email.
We review emails with "URGENT" in the subject line as a priority.
3. Cancellation After Shipping
If your order has already been packed, labeled, or handed over to the carrier, we cannot cancel the order.
At this stage, the order is treated as a Return. You will need to:
Receive the package.
Follow our Return Policy (notify us within 2 days of delivery).
Mail the unopened package back to us.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable once the item has shipped.
4. Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse the package at the door to avoid return shipping:
We will deduct the cost of return shipping plus a [30%] restocking fee from your refund.
Carriers often charge the sender (us) to ship the item back, and this fee will be passed on to you.
5. Custom & Pre-Orders
Engraved/Personalized Bottles: Once production has begun on a personalized bottle, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Pre-Orders: Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before the item ships.
6. Cancellations by Breeze Eternelle
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
Suspicion of fraud.
Item unavailability (Inventory errors).
Inability to deliver to the provided address (e.g., due to hazardous materials shipping restrictions in certain regions).
If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email immediately, and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
