Refund & Return Policy

1. The "2-Day" Guarantee

At Breeze Eternelle, we take immense pride in the quality and safety of our fragrances. Due to the delicate nature of perfume and strict hygiene standards, we operate a focused 2-Day Notification Policy.


You must inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If there is an issue, you must email us at breezeeternelle@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp provided by the carrier.


2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within this 48-hour window only under the following conditions:


Item Condition: The product must be unopened, with the original cellophane wrapping (if applicable) and safety seals fully intact.


Usage: The bottle must be unused. We cannot accept returns on bottles that have been sprayed or tested, even once.


Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number or receipt.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your perfume arrives leaking, broken, or with a manufacturing defect , faulty sprayer


Do not throw away the packaging.


Take clear photos (or video) of the damaged shipping box and the broken product.


Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


We will issue a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) once the damage is verified.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on:


Opened or Used Bottles: Once the seal is broken, the item is yours.


Sample Vials / Discovery Sets: These are final sale and cannot be returned.


Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns.


5. How to Initiate a Return

Email Us: Contact breezeeternelle@gmail.com with your Order # and the reason for the return within 48 hours of delivery.


Approval: If approved, we will send you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.


Ship It: You must ship the item back to us within 2 business days of receiving your products.


Note: Unless the item is damaged/defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3 business days of receipt):


Approved: We will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to reflect the credit.


Rejected: If the item arrives opened, used, or damaged by the customer, no refund will be issued, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
